Managed Advertising & Media Operations
Approved campaigns, documented budgets.
We run advertising campaigns as a managed service: written authorization, an approved budget, itemized invoicing, platform payment tied to the documented campaign, and reporting with reconciliation.
How it works
A transparent workflow from review to reconciliation.
This service is campaign management. It is not payment processing, advertising-account access, or a financial service — every payment we make to a platform is tied to a documented client campaign.
Business & campaign review
We review the business, the offer, and the platform's requirements before proposing anything.
Written scope & budget authorization
A document naming the advertising platform, the objective, the budget limit, and responsibilities.
Client approval
Nothing launches until the client approves the scope and budget in writing.
Itemized service / media invoice
Where applicable, our management fee and the approved media cost appear as separate line items.
Campaign launch by the agency
We build and launch the campaign within the approved scope.
Platform payment connected to that campaign
When we are contractually responsible for paying the platform, the approved amount is paid to the named platform in connection with the documented campaign.
Reporting, optimization & reconciliation
Campaign-level reports, documented optimizations, and reconciliation of approved spend — including any unspent amount, handled under the written terms.

FAQ
Common questions.
Advertising budgets are agreed in writing before a campaign begins. Depending on the engagement, the client may pay the platform directly, or the approved media cost may appear separately on our invoice. When included in our invoice, it is used to pay the applicable advertising platform under the documented campaign agreement. Reporting and reconciliation follow the agreed scope.
Treatment of unused approved media amounts follows the written campaign agreement and reconciliation process. Where a refund is due, the amount, timing, and the original payment method are documented according to the Advertising Spend Terms and the Payment, Billing, Refund & Dispute Policy.
